In this policy "I", "me" and "my" refer to Stanislav Lukoyanov as the controller of your personal data. "You" means a visitor to the site or a client.

This policy explains what personal data I collect, why, who I share it with, how long I keep it and what rights you have. It is written to meet the Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and, where it applies to you, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The short version

— I collect only what you send me through the request form or in messages, plus the technical data every browser sends.
— I use it to answer your request and, if we work together, to carry out the project.
— I do not sell your data, share it for advertising or send you marketing emails.
— Some services I use are outside your country, including Gmail in the United States.
— You can ask me to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to targetsoundpro@gmail.com.

1. What I collect

1.1. Data you give me in the request form: your name, email address, phone number or messenger username, the service you need, your preferred way of contact, links to your material and the project description. If you send a request through my Telegram bot @targetsoundbot, also your Telegram name, username and ID.

1.2. Data you give me while we discuss or carry out a project: messages, files you send for the work, and the details needed for a contract and payment, including the date, amount and status of a payment. I never receive your card details.

1.3. Technical data your browser sends: IP address, browser and device type, the page you came from, and cookies (see section 7).

1.4. I do not ask for special categories of data (health, political opinions, religious beliefs and the like). Please do not include them in the project description, and do not send other people's personal data without their permission.

2. Why I use your data and the legal basis

— Answering your request and advising on services. Data: 1.1. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); 152-FZ Art. 6(1)(1)); steps you ask for before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
— Preparing, signing and carrying out a contract for services. Data: 1.1, 1.2. Legal basis: contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); 152-FZ Art. 6(1)(5)).
— Running the website and protecting it from attacks. Data: 1.3. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a secure, working site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
— Measuring how the site is used, to improve it. Data: 1.3. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); 152-FZ Art. 6(1)(1)).
— Keeping records required by tax and accounting law. Data: contract and payment details. Legal basis: legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

I do not use your data for advertising, profiling or decisions made solely by automated means.

3. Who receives your data

I share data only as far as each purpose needs:
— Tilda Publishing JSC (Moscow, Russia) — hosts the website and stores form submissions;
— Yandex LLC (Moscow, Russia) — Yandex Metrica web analytics;
— Google LLC (Gmail, USA) — receives copies of form submissions and email correspondence;
— Telegram and WhatsApp — only if you choose to contact me there;
— Dropbox, Inc. (USA) — only if you send project files through it;
— the hosting provider whose server in Kazakhstan runs my Telegram bot and stores its database;
— T-Bank JSC (Moscow, Russia) — card and Faster Payments System payments, if you pay on the bank's payment page;
— PayPal — payments, only if you choose to pay that way;
— the Russian Federal Tax Service, through its "My Tax" service — the payment record needed to issue your receipt;
— public authorities — only when the law requires it.

These providers process data on my instructions or under their own terms, and are bound by confidentiality. I do not sell or share your personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising.

4. International transfers

Form submissions are first recorded in Tilda's database in Russia. A copy is sent to my Gmail inbox (USA). Requests from the site are also passed to my Telegram bot and stored in its database on a server in Kazakhstan, together with the requests and messages you send in the bot itself. If you message me on Telegram or WhatsApp, or send files via Dropbox, your data is also processed outside your country. The level of data protection in these countries may differ from yours. These transfers happen on the basis of your consent and to the extent needed for the purposes in section 2. If you are in the EU or UK, you may ask me for more information about the safeguards for a transfer.

5. How long I keep data

I keep your data for 3 years after your last contact with me, unless the law or a contract requires a longer period (for example, tax records). After that I delete it within 30 days.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:
— access the personal data I hold about you and get a copy;
— have inaccurate data corrected;
— have your data deleted;
— restrict or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interest;
— receive the data you gave me in a portable format;
— withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before;
— complain to a data protection authority: in Russia, Roskomnadzor (rkn.gov.ru); in the EU or UK, the authority in the country where you live or work.

To use any of these rights, write to targetsoundpro@gmail.com. I reply within 10 working days and may ask you to confirm your identity first.

7. Cookies and third-party content

7.1. The site uses technical cookies from the Tilda platform and a DDoS protection service. They are needed for the site to work and be secure.

7.2. The site uses Yandex Metrica, a web analytics service by Yandex LLC. With cookies it collects data about visits: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and what you do on them, including session replay (Webvisor). What you type into the request form is not recorded in session replay. The data is processed on servers in Russia; I see it as statistics and use it to understand how visitors use the site.

7.3. To show my work, the site loads content from other services that may set their own cookies: Google Fonts (fonts), Dropbox (audio files), Boomstream (video) and YouTube (Google LLC, USA: a film embedded in a work card, which loads only after you press play).

7.4. If you start filling in the request form, your draft is saved only in your browser (localStorage) so that it is not lost if the page reloads. It is not sent to me and is cleared once you send the form.

7.5. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

8. Children

The site is not intended for children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent me personal data, write to me and I will delete it.

9. Security

I protect your data with access control, an encrypted connection (HTTPS), strong passwords and two-factor authentication on the services where data is stored, and by deleting data I no longer need.

10. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. I keep earlier versions and will provide them on request.
