By sending a request on targetsound.pro and ticking the box "I consent to the processing of my personal data", or by answering the questions of the Telegram bot @targetsoundbot, I freely, by my own will and in my own interest give my consent to Stanislav Aleksandrovich Lukoyanov, individual entrepreneur (INN 772745360870, OGRNIP 325774600811986, address: 117303, Moscow, Kerchenskaya St., 7, apt. 84, Russia; hereinafter the Operator) to process my personal data on the following terms.
1. Purposes:— reviewing and answering my request;
— advising me on the Operator's services (mixing, mastering, audio post-production, sound design, music production);
— preparing, signing and carrying out a contract for services at my initiative.
2. Personal data: name; email address; phone number or messenger username; preferred way of contact; links and project description I enter in the request; my Telegram username and ID, if I use the Telegram bot; my messages and files in the project correspondence; details of my payment for the services (date, amount, status); technical data: IP address, browser and device details, cookies.
3. Actions: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the persons listed in clause 4, blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automated means.
4. Transfer to third parties. I agree that the Operator entrusts processing to, or transfers my data to:
— Tilda Publishing JSC (INN 9707041449, Moscow) — storage of requests sent through the website;
— Google LLC (Gmail, USA) — receiving requests and email correspondence;
— Telegram and WhatsApp — only if I choose to communicate there;
— Dropbox, Inc. (USA) — only if I send project files through this service;
— the hosting provider whose server in the Republic of Kazakhstan runs the Operator's Telegram bot and stores its database: requests from the website and the bot, and the project correspondence;
— T-Bank JSC (INN 7710140679, Moscow) — accepting payment, if I pay on the bank's payment page;
— PayPal — accepting payment, only if I choose this method.
Transfer to services whose servers are outside the Russian Federation (Gmail, Telegram, WhatsApp, Dropbox, PayPal, the Telegram bot's server in the Republic of Kazakhstan) is a cross-border transfer. I agree to it to the extent needed to review my request and for the way of contact or file exchange I choose.
5. Term. This consent is valid for 3 years from my last contact with the Operator or until I withdraw it. When the purposes are achieved or the consent is withdrawn, the data is destroyed within 30 days unless the law or a contract requires otherwise.
6. Withdrawal. I can withdraw this consent by writing to targetsoundpro@gmail.com with the subject "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data", or by post to the Operator's address.
7. The Operator does not use my data for marketing emails. That would need a separate consent.
